By utilizing our web hosting services, you agree to adhere to these terms. We supply hosting services strictly for lawful business or personal purposes. You are accountable for ensuring that your content and activities comply with all relevant laws and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Remuneration for services shall be paid promptly. Failure to pay on time may lead to suspension or termination of services. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued according to our refund policy.

We conduct regular backups; however, we strongly recommend that clients maintain their own backup copies. We disclaim responsibility for any data loss or service interruptions arising from circumstances beyond our control.

Violating our Acceptable Use Policy or engaging in any illegal activity will result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice.

We reserve the right to deny or cease service at our discretion.

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued utilization of our services following any such updates constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.

Prohibited Activities & Content

To establish a secure, compliant, and stable hosting environment, the following activities and content types are categorically prohibited on our network.

1.1 Illegal and High-Risk Content

The following activities and content are strictly forbidden. Any violation will result in immediate suspension or termination, and may be reported to law enforcement where applicable.

• Child exploitation: Zero tolerance. Any content, activity, or behavior involving the exploitation, endangerment, or abuse of minors—including real or simulated child sexual content—is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate service termination and will be reported to law enforcement without exception.
• Adult content & pornography: Absolutely prohibited. We do not permit hosting, sharing, promoting, or distributing explicit sexual material, pornographic content, escort or sexual services, or any adult-oriented content in any form. Any attempt to operate adult content or services on our platform will result in immediate suspension and potential account termination.
• Terrorism: Hosting or linking to content that advocates or supports terrorist activities or organizations.
• Illicit pharmacies: Involvement in or promotion of counterfeit or illegal pharmaceuticals.
• Promotion of illegal substances: Includes drug trafficking or content endorsing recreational drug use.

1.2 Intellectual Property and Unauthorized Media

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or termination:

• Copyright-infringing content of any kind, including media, software, and digital assets
• Hosting, sharing, or linking to cracked, nulled, pirated, or unauthorized software.
• Unauthorized streaming or redistribution of movies, TV shows, live events, or sports content.
• Illegal IPTV services, streaming platforms, or content delivery systems.
• Torrents, P2P file-sharing networks, or media-sharing services used for copyrighted material.
• Hosting, promoting, or linking to websites that provide copyrighted downloads or streaming sources.
• Trademark misuse, imitation of brands/logos, or the sale or promotion of counterfeit goods.

1.3 Fraudulent and Financial Crimes

• Phishing platforms or scripts to steal sensitive information.
• Carding forums or stolen financial data distribution.
• Bank fraud, investment scams, Ponzi schemes, identity theft.
• Fake business or institution websites designed to deceive users.

Immediate Suspension & Reporting: Involved accounts will be suspended immediately and reported to appropriate authorities.

1.4 Network and Resource Abuse

Any activity that harms, disrupts, or exploits our infrastructure, other users, or the broader internet ecosystem is strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Hosting, distributing, or facilitating malware, viruses, botnets, or exploit kits
• Launching, supporting, or participating in DDoS attacks or traffic-flooding activities
• Running automated attack tools, vulnerability scanners, brute-force software, or security-evasion tools
• Unauthorized cryptocurrency mining, crypto-bot operations, or resource-draining compute tasks
• Activities that generate excessive server load, degrade performance, or disrupt service stability
• Hosting TOR exit nodes, open proxies, VPN nodes intended to anonymize malicious traffic, or traffic-routing services used to hide abuse
• Running command-and-control (C2) systems or remote-access tools for malicious purposes
• Operating traffic-generation, click-fraud, or bot-automation systems

Any attempt to misuse system resources, degrade service reliability, or enable malicious network activity will result in immediate suspension or termination.

1.5 Harassment and Abuse

• Threatening, harassing, stalking, or intimidating any individual or group
• Sending, hosting, or distributing hate speech, abusive language, or degrading content
• Promoting or facilitating discrimination or hatred based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics

1.6 Email Marketing & Spam (Strictly Prohibited)

• Unsolicited bulk/commercial email campaigns (spam).
• Email harvesting, mass-mailing tools, or spam scripts.
• Causing IP blacklisting (Spamhaus, Spamcop, etc.).
• Attempts to evade spam filters or detection systems.

Immediate Action: Violations result in termination. Remediation charges may apply for IP blacklist removal.

1.7 Prohibition of Illegal Gambling, Casino, and Betting Activities

We strictly prohibit the use of our services for any gambling-related operations that violate applicable laws or licensing requirements. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Hosting or facilitating unlicensed online casinos, betting platforms, or wagering services
• Providing or promoting illegal lotteries, raffles, or sweepstakes
• Offering sports-betting systems or platforms without valid regulatory authorization
• Hosting gambling-related scripts, APIs, affiliate systems, or traffic-redirection networks designed to bypass licensing rules
• Providing software, infrastructure, or marketing tools that enable unauthorized gambling activities

Any attempt to operate or support unlawful gambling services using our infrastructure will result in immediate suspension or termination and may be escalated to relevant regulatory or law-enforcement authorities.

Compliance with Applicable Laws

Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws. Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

Enforcement & Account Termination

We reserve the right to monitor, investigate, and suspend/terminate accounts violating this policy or compromising our network integrity.
