Billing & Refund Policy
Any product or service provided by ZYNOO is billed regularly according to the billing cycle selected by the customer during the ordering process. If a customer wishes to cancel a recurring service, they are required to submit a cancellation request via the Client Dashboard or by submitting a ticket to our Billing Department.
The web hosting solutions provided by ZYNOO are subscription-based offerings. Consequently, each product is renewed automatically to ensure that:
- The website should be accessible to the customer.
- The data uploaded by the customer to their web hosting account is secure.
- The customer's domains have been renewed in a timely manner.
The advertised money-back guarantee does not cover renewal payments.
If the customer submits a cancellation request more than seven (7) days before the renewal date of any purchased product from ZYNOO, we can issue a refund for the full amount paid. If the request is made less than seven (7) days before the renewal date, the refund will be equal to the amount paid minus the cost of the purchased product for one month of the new term at the regular monthly price.
If the customer fails to submit a cancellation request prior to the renewal date or if the cancellation request is submitted on or after the renewal due date of the purchased service, no refund shall be issued.
In the event that the customer fails to submit a cancellation request, ZYNOO shall issue a renewal invoice ten (10) days before the renewal date and will endeavor to charge the associated payment method on file seven (7) days before the renewal. Should this attempt prove unsuccessful, a subsequent attempt will be made on the renewal due date.
The customer acknowledges that it is their sole responsibility to verify the accuracy and currency of all payment information, as well as to settle any outstanding invoices in the event of service cancellation prior to the service due date.
Renewal payments for Products or Services with ZYNOO must be submitted no later than 24 hours following the product's due date. If the customer fails to make a payment within this timeframe, ZYNOO reserves the right to suspend the customer’s account until the renewal payment is received.
The customer consents that any non-renewed Shared Web Hosting account shall remain on our servers for a period of up to five calendar days following the expiration date. Should the renewal payment not be received within this timeframe, all data associated with the Web Hosting account—including the account itself and any backups—will be irrevocably deleted.
If the type of Web Hosting Service employed is VPS or Dedicated Server, the customer is mandated to renew the service either prior to or on the due date of the service. Should the customer fail to remit payment within 24 hours following the due date, all data associated with the Product or Service will be permanently deleted. This includes all accounts created on the VPS or Dedicated Server, as well as all backup copies produced for the same, and any information or data related to the non-renewed service. Additionally, in the case of a Dedicated Server, the entire server may be completely dismantled.
Money-Back Policy
Our Money Back Policy pertains to initial orders of Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, WooCommerce Hosting, Virtual Private Servers (VPS), and Dedicated CPU Servers. ZYNOO shall provide a full refund of the payment made for web hosting if the cancellation request complies with the specified conditions.
- The cancellation request must be submitted within the first 14 days after a Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, or WooCommerce Hosting product or service becomes active.
- The request for cancellation must be submitted within the initial seven days following the activation of a VPS or Dedicated Server product or service.
The request to cancel does not qualify for a complete refund if:
- A new Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, or WooCommerce Hosting account is acquired to preclude the renewal of the original service.
- Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, or WooCommerce Hosting have been active for over 14 days.
- VPS and dedicated servers have been active for over 7 days.
The customer agrees that if a domain name was registered or transferred at no charge as part of ZYNOO Products and Services, a fee covering the costs of the domain transfer or registration will be charged upon cancellation of the service.
